Safe Drinking Advice
Bridgnorth Medical Practice now has a safe drinking counselling service offering information, support and advice on reducing your alcohol intake in order to reduce future health problems.
We offer up to six sessions, each lasting up to 45 minutes and you will be seen by an Alcohol Health Worker.
Everything discussed within the session remains confidential between you (the patient) and the Alcohol Health Worker and Bridgnorth Medical Practice.
You can be referred to the Alcohol Health Worker by a Doctor, Nurse, or you can refer yourself by completing this referral form.
