Home Visits Home visits can only be provided to those patients who are unable to attend the surgery due to their medical condition. Please let us know before 10.30 a.m. if you require a visit by a doctor. You will be asked for your name and telephone number and a Nurse Practitioner will contact you. She will ask some questions about your symptoms to help her judge the urgency of your call and to decide what will be the most appropriate action. |
