Zero Tolerance
Violent or abusive behaviour to any member of the Practice Team will not be tolerated. If you commit an act of violence against anyone on the practice premises or in any other place where treatment is provided you may be removed from the Practice list with immediate effect.
If you consider that you have been treated unfairly or inappropriately by a member of the team, please contact the Practice Manager, who will be happy to address your concerns.
